I think you a right. I normally don't run with the UAC on so I don't see all these issues with the windows 7 security. Keep barking at that tree.

Not really sure why that would come up each time. BO Mod uses same setting as the plain version. You can't change the exe that runs dfx2. That is the only thing that controls your video settings. (For the game that is)

Actually I run malwarebytes and superantispyware. If you have the lagit software there is no spam crap installed with these softwares. Along side adaware and spybot. I purchased the steam version today and the dfx2.exe file is different then the original to work with steam. That is a steam error not a windows 7 error. If you install windows xp you will get the same error. The remedy for this is to get a non steam version of dfx2.exe and this will fix the issue. ...
