go to command prompt

type sfc /scannow

did you try turning windows firewall off

Or any antivirus software on that computer?

You did power cycle your modem and restart the computer?

Bad network cable?

When you plug the cable in are you seeing the network card lights flashing?

I do know my teamspeak causes the game to drop to the desktop. But outside of that I can usually get back in the game by clicking on the taskbar.

I agree with this. Windows 8 is really designed for a tablet interface. Like some of your all in one computers with touch screens. You can use it if you know what you are doing. But when it comes down to which is better 7 or 8. 7 will beat it silly.


7 is really your only option these days.

Gosh blaz. You could almost open your own datacenter with your connection. However upload speeds will need to come up a lot!!!!!!
