What, What, What, What, What, WHAT ! 
Opus 1.3 promises to deliver a better all around dialog delivery. The ability to distinguish speech and music, and thus adapt the delivery, means that it will make all around a Teamspeak server that much better to the average ear. For those that use surround sound on their headphones, the immersive 360 sound environment is awesome.
