At BBq's i normally have to make a little sauce for the hot heads, basiclally excuse to drink more beer . any way this has been found quite popular around my area as to I now get orders ofr it.

Time to make and heat 20 mins.

1-2 red chillies
1 table / sweet spoon Golden syrip
1 cup of tomato ketchup
2 table / sweet spoons malt vinegar (brown Not white)
3 cups water
2 drops of tabscao

Finley chop chillies (Including white strip) seeds optional
heat water, syrip, and chilles stirring regular.
bring to boil remove from heat add vinegar, tabsco, and ketchup.

stir leave to cool for aprox 15 minutes then reheat and bring to boil.
soon as the mixture starts to boil pour into cold sauce bowl and your ready.

just adjust measurements to suit your own taste.

Enjoy.
