I would generally say do away with the hand guns.

I never really use hand guns accept for flares

As a map maker the AI's should have stronger hand guns. They sound like 45s. However, not very strong. When your in the same room a single shot from a 45 (AI) should take you down or at least turn you red.

Yeah I fixed that part. It seemed close range was only causing 20 damage and you have 300 hit points I believe. So that is why they kinda sucked.

Perhaps with the exception of the SOCOM for flares, the handguns could be replaced by more (different) shotguns and automatic pistols (Uzi, glock, etc.) if you have them in the inventory of guns. :D :D :D
