Blood, Blood, Everywhere!!!!
One of the problems we've noticed is that there is a LOT more blood! It's not so bad when it's the BG's bleeding but when the good guys begin bleeding while firing a weapon . . . hmmmmmmm

Yeah the only way to fix that is to remove the blood. It has to do with the weapon ammo setting. It isn't per guy.

There's no way to reduce the amount of blood? I don't remember it being so much before although I would occasionally see some small blood squirts before. I guess these are built into the BG's.

Re: Blood, Blood, Everywhere!!!!
There isn't a way to adjust it. It is basically an on off switch flag.
The small blood is still there.
This is the command.
secondary_effect Effect_MeleeBlood
As you see there is no number. It calls something that is in the exe file which can't be edited.
I will look at other settings via ammo def to see if there is a way to limit the area impacted. I am not sure if I can keep it from affecting the player shooting.

Re: Blood, Blood, Everywhere!!!!
Well looks like I can adjust the kz zone.
kz_minradius 0 //60
kz_maxradius 0 //60
When I shoot at my feet with the 50 cal I am not seeing blood anymore.
Or at least not from what I can see. I don't know what this will do to the weapon.
I shot some crates and what not and it seemed to work fine.
I will see if I can put out a beta 4 tomorrow. I have to touch each weapons ammo def that has this setting.
