I couldn't find the last Bad Guy to finish the map.

Rare for this map. It always finishes but I've had problems finding the last BG also.

From your experience, Bubba, It may have been a "Fluke".
Did you just "bypass" it? Perhaps to check it out at some point later?
I'd be curious to know what the issue was.

I went into the server, found a BG under a dock and killed him. He was hard to find But I knew the areas to look in. Took about 10 minutes.
