You may want to contact your ISP and have them check out your connection for any problems. The game server is running fine.
As far as the enumerating session . . . that will happen sometimes if your game name/character has not left the server yet when you try to get back into the server. If it happens again, select the server name in the lobby and select "Info". If your game name is still showing in the server just keep refreshing the lobby and checking "Info" until your name no longer shows up.
This is another indication that there may be a problem with your ISP.

Also the other weekend Nova was having problems with there servers. Causing a lot of gcg000 connection problems. This seems to have been fixed. I haven't had problems trying to hand shake with the server in a while now.
Other issues sounds like it is your computer directly. Did you install any new firewall software, or have anything like that running in the background?
