I use Mozilla Firefox and LOVE IT!!

Its easy to install, just follow the prompts

Firefox or google chrome. Also IE 10 is out but I can't remember if that is for every os. Might just be vista and 7.

i tried IE10, uninstalled it. it ran slower for me. i still use IE9 and firefox

Google chrome auto updates for fixes and security updates. I have used it since it was required at Google for testing. Never had a problem with it.
