This is a sound player and Map display software for the BO Mod series. You are required to have .net 4 installed in order to use this software. There is no special instructions to install it as it is a standalone software.
This is a tool for map makers to find new sounds in the game. There are over 3000 wavs in the BO Mod. You can also take a quick view of terrains with this software as well.
