I did it
I got tired of all the problems I've been having and decided to try Windows 8...... after 15 minutes, so far so good.

Windows 8 is not the worst thing out there. It just has some annoying things about it. 8.1 will make it much much better.

I've got 8.1 and it's virtually the same as Win 7 so far. I really haven't noticed any difference yet.

I didn't have to reload ANY of my programs and it was easy to install.

Yeah it was nice to set it up to where it loads to the desktop. Pretty fast as well. Seems they fixed a lot of bugs.

Microsoft's attemp to bring the OS back into the Enterprise Environment... guess they thought everyone would be all "touchy-feely" by now.
