Here is a question I recently asked the datacenter.
Hey guys just a general question. I know XO and WOW will be added to the
network. Do you have any kind of time frame when this will happen.
I have a few users in Florida that hit the XO network. However when they get to
chicago they generally will hit HE or tinet. Or something like that prior to
getting to the datacenter. Many times a week these two networks have issues.
A general time table would be great. Thanks!

We are currently expanding our data network but no time frame for this has been
established as of right now for adding XO and WOW. Please let me know if you
have any further questions.
Hopefully they will be doing this soon. XO network stretches across the US and are a heavy influence on the East coast and Florida area.
When Bubba was having connection issues his ISP jumps to the XO network. The problem he was having was when it switched to a second network in the Chicago area from XO to tinet I think. Then to the datacenter. The problem was the tinet network. This should help out a lot when they add the XO network because there would be no jump to another network. It will go straight to the datacenter.
