A little further info; they have a studio here in Phoenix that may become relevant.

It doesn't appear that they have much in the way of game developers, 2 programmers.
From the description of who they are it appears they are out buying up these games
from developers that are going down the tube, the prospects of them providing any kind
of support looks a little sketchy to me. I would be surprised if there is any kind of
development (ie: Angel Falls) at least in near future.
