HIS 6850 is a nice card.

Hey guys the HIS 6850 is a very nice video card if you are in the market for a new one. Depending on map and objects in dfx2 bo mod. I can get anywhere from 88 fps to 230+. I am generally not an ATI/AMD guy when it comes to graphics but so far I like the new card I have. I have had the nvidia 460 card as well. The ATI card generally beats it by 20 fps or more. So ATI is bringing down the house again.

I'm going to have my second computer rebuilt next year. It was custom built for me 8 years ago with as much of the state of the art stuff available and I could afford at the time. It cost me about $2100 and still has an AGP motherboard in it. Biggest card I can get to work in it is a Nivida 7600 GS.

I'll definitely be looking at this card for the upgrade.
