You need to have Joint Operations Typhoon Rising, then install the IC4 Mod.

I highly doubt it. The numbers wouldn't match up and you would be missing any new items that JO doesn't have.

Thanks hunter. I wish there was some way I could get a server up and get these DFX maps back to work. Wonder how much it would cost to do that?

I was able to convert some DFX2/BO maps for IC4 but the waypoints do not work the same way for any JO mod including AW2 as they do in DFX2/BO. The game is dying, a handful of old die hards are left. The only reason I tried to hang on is because of the ability to make maps. I know you can make maps for Steam Games but its a learning curve which I do not have time for. Its sucks that all the knowledge I have for making a map in JO is useless and a waste of time. Its hard to let go......

I made maps for NovaLogic games for over 20 years. I think I knew almost everything that was worth knowing on how to make these maps. I really do miss it.

AW2 would be the way to go if you wanted to get back into the Joint Ops series but I don't know if you can even purchase Typhoon Rising. I hosted a IC4 server instead of AW2 because I could not get AW2 to work with Babstats but AW2 is better than IC4.

It would be nice to figure out a way to play DFX2 through LAN like you can with JO.

What ever happened to the new Delta Force that was suppose to be released?

I purchased a copy of JO Typhoon Rising on Ebay a couple of years ago. There is currently a listing there at $9.99 + 3.80 shipping form Oregon.
The listing appears to be legit, item has been listed since 2011. There are 200 copies available and the lister seems to have good ratings and a long history on Ebay.
I was able to install and add the AW2 Mod successfully.
Install the JO and enter the serial number, then you just use your Novalogic name and password to run. You don't have top go through the registration process since you already have your username and pasword.
