Does anyone know of a free program for changing the size of pictures?

The MS "Paint" Program in the "Accessories" tab of your computer works great as well.

Open the "Paint" program, select which picture you want to open, then use the "Image" tab at the top to "Stretch/Skew" your picture.

If you have a printer it's software may have a program that will allow you to alter and/or resize your pictures.

hay tar if you open your pic up in paint (witch im sure you have it comes with win )it has a re size in it just pic the percentage you wont and save its done
