The destroy all aircraft objective shows up as a blank objective?

Not sure what you mean Wind.
I used "DESTROY ALL ENEMY AIRCRAFT" in Rat Patrol as the last Objective and it showed up fine.

I am trying to use it in a reworked Urban War2 and it shows as a blank in the objective list. It will complete fine. Maybe it is the old bin file? Do I have to ge5 rid of the old one?

Hmmm. Never thought of that.Windstalker-PG- wrote:I am trying to use it in a reworked Urban War2 and it shows as a blank in the objective list. It will complete fine. Maybe it is the old bin file? Do I have to ge5 rid of the old one?
I tried to rework an old map from DFX2. I opened the map up in the BO 1.3 MED and NONE of the
Objectives that Huntor added for us showed below the "Eliminate all Forces at Waypoint Zulu".
I ended up copying the entire map over to the same terrain using the BO 1.3 MED and replaced the old map with
the new one and all Objectives showed.
Unfortunately I had to also copy the Events, Groups, Waypoints, etc.... Was a pain.
Maybe Bubba or one of the other mappers has an answer.
Sorry I'm not more help.

It was the bin file. I deleted the old one and it works.

That's the answer. If your old map has a BIN file that you created the editor will read that BIN file instead of the one in the PFF files in the game. Just delete or move the BIN file for the map somewhere else when you go to edit a map.Windstalker wrote:It was the bin file. I deleted the old one and it works.

That also means that the bin file will have to be removed from the server.

Wind,
Not so sure about that one. Didn't Bubba give us a post or a link to the "new" bin file that everyone could use for BO 1.3? If that one is the one you use, then that would be the one that is on the server... no?

If you want to set up Map Named Locations or special names for pilots, you'll still need to create a BIN file. The only difference from the way we used to do it is the content of the BIN file. To be honest, I'm not even sure that the TXT2BIN tool will handle the new format/content of the BO BIN File. I haven't tried it.
Here's the link to the Black Ops BIN file in our forum:
