Dear Gold Customers,


As many of you may have noticed, we have begun making some changes to our NovaWorld site and policies. Among these changes is the NovaWorld Gold Membership Policy. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you first, that all current NovaWorld Gold accounts will grandfather previous Gold Membership features and promotions, provided the account has active Gold status on April 23, 2012, and maintains the service thereafter.


We will also be implementing a new NovaWorld User Agreement (EULA) and enhanced communications with our customers via NovaWorld, Twitter, Facebook, and a soon to be announced Blog. These steps will mark the beginning of a better coordinated approach to deliver new products and services. While we will continue to post updates and information in the NovaWorld Forums and Announcements section, we would like to encourage all of you to follow our Twitter feed (@NovaLogicInc) as it is the quickest way for all of you to get the latest NovaNews.
