TeamSpeak Overlay that works for Vista

I recently found a newer TeamSpeak Overlay called TINT Project Standard. I used it without ANY problems and it worked every time I fired it up. I was using Vista [I just upgraded to Windows 7, so haven't tried it yet] and it works better than the old overlay.
