My wife's mother used to make it for her when she was a girl... bottom of the dripping pan & all... she says DELICIOUS!

I got a recipe i will share but ....everybody has a recipe in yorkshire !

Just thought id throw the question and see what comes back...

MAKES around 8

1/2 pint (285 ml) milk
4 ounces (115 grams) all-purpose flour
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup pan drippings from roast

Beat flour, salt, eggs, milk together until very smooth and foamy..
Preheat a Yorkshire pudding tray or muffin tin with 1/2-inch of oil in each part !!! until smoking hot..
pour mix into tins and put back in oven on top shelf....! do not open door for 15mins !
15/20 mins later remove
