Need WMA to MP3 converter

For some reason I can download the installer but windows 8 is not letting it install or I can't find it one!HELP is there something I should know about that?

Right click and run it as administrator

I DID bit I can't find that's it is installed! UGH!

If you have iTunes on your PC, it has a built-in converter for WMA to MP3. Simply import a file or folder into iTunes containing WMA files and they will be auto converted to MP3. Works equally well with single or batch conversions. If you don't have it, it's a free download.
