I've got a problem on one of my computers with being able to talk on TS3. The computer is an old custom built with a lot of upgrades. It has WinXP Home Edition 32 bit, AMD 64 Athlon Processor, sound card is a Sound Blaster Audigy LS.

TS3 was working fine and then the microphone just quit working in the voice activation mode. However, I can talk with push-to-talk. I can also hear other players.

I have been through and checked every setting I know about and I don't see any problems. I have a Razor headset on this computer that is connected directly to the audio card with 4 jacks. I haven't touched these jacks since I hooked it up and everything was working fine up until now. I have a G35 headset on my gaming computer that has a USB connection. I know this headset works but does not work on the problem computer. Furthermore, When I hook up the Razor headset to another computer, there are no problems . . . it works fine.

I'm STUMPED!!

check the default playback device. I know my changes from time to time on its own for some reason.
