New TS3 Overlay dated 3/21/14

This is the link to download the new overlay:

Select this version:
ts3_overlay-v3.8.23.ts3_plugin 7263KB (Mar 21 2014 04:05:57 PM)
Once its installed, open TS and click on Settings then Plugins.
Check the box next to "TS3 Overlay Plugin".
Next, right-click the TS3 Overlay Plugin text and select "Settings"
Next, click on the "input" Tab
Next, click on "Set Hotkey" then select the hotkey you want. This key allows you to make changes in the position of the overlay while in the game.
That's it.
