PHP 5.6.3

Hey guys. I am testing php 5.6.3 on your website.

I am also testing being able to run more than one version of php with the new web server.

So far everything seems to run like expected. With the old web server I ran into problems trying to run this version or running more than one version of php.

I put it back to 5.4.35. There was some small compatibility issues. I didn't see any with your website.... however I did have a couple of odd things on my end. For example the delete all button wasn't working for me when clearing a log. In 5.4 works fine.
