I like to grill steaks on the grill . . . preferably 16 oz rib-eyes. I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to seasoning the meat. I'll use Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, & garlic powder.

In prepping the steak, I'll douse it generously with Worcestershire sauce then sprinkle on the salt, pepper and garlic powder then massage it into the meat. I'll cover the steak and put it back into the refrigerator for and hour or two before grilling it to let the flavors mingle before putting it on the grill.

I love onions and bell peppers over my steaks. The way I fix them is to roll out about 18 inches of aluminum foil. First I'll cut up half a stick of butter or margarine and place them in the center of the foil. Then I'll cut a medium onion and bell pepper into wedges and place them in the center of the foil over the butter. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Fold the foil around the ingredients into the shape of a lunch bag making sure that the bottom is flat and the ends are sealed. Leave a little space at the top. Put it on the grill about 15 minutes before you put the steaks on.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm!! :D

It’s not that time consuming to make a pork fatty

First take a pork butt and run it through a meat grinder twice
Then flatten the meat out on parchment paper
Coat the meat with barbecue sauce
Add onion, peppers, cheese, spices, etc…
Roll the meat into a log
Weave bacon around the log
Place the meat log into a smoker using apple or cherry wood for a few hours
Crack open a beer, Sit back and chill
When internal temperature is at 160 degrees, slice and pig out

Homemade French fries and coleslaw for the sides work well

Push the coals to one side of the grill and put a drip pan under the meat. Keep the grill at 225 degress ;)
