So if the Eye can pick on me. It is now my turn to pick on him ;-).

When are you going to upgrade php script to use mysqli or PDO?

PHP7 only supports these. It does not support plain mysql anymore.

I did finally get your forum to switch over to mysqli. What a pain in the arse. They say all you gotta do is change the field in the config file. Well you also gotta run a database update too. Or it doesn't take the new setting. Forum did okay until I went to post. Then got a deprecation error. So phpbb isn't ready for php 7 yet but close. But at least the connector is set correctly now.
