Shotgun shouldn't shoot as far.
Wider spread if possible.

More spread and less distance maybe 50-75 yards.

You may not have noticed, but it already has two different spread/distance patterns... shoot from the hip and it is wide an short, bring it to shoulder position and it narrows and has range.... I think it is just fine...
