Make all tanks usable without a second player in them to shoot.

The tank "BO Drivable M109" is one where you can usually switch from driver to shooter with the CTRL+1 or CTRL+2 or CTRL+3 keys. However, these tanks are used in the map "Patton's Playbook" and you can't switch using the CTRL keys.

I believe the ctrl switch has to do with how the item is built. I don't have any of the original files to make that happen. I will look into it though.

A tank shell should always kill the bg
