Remove Flame Thrower

I agree. The flame thrower is fun but it sure lags the server when someone uses it Huntor.

Ditto lagging the server . . . I've checked my frame rate a couple of times when someone using the flame thrower and it drops by over 60%.

The lag is a valid issue, but the flame thrower does come in handy in certain maps.

get rid of the flamethrower.... besides Buck hardly ever plays anymore
