TS3 VOICE NOTIFICATIONS

This is a way you can at least tell who is entering the TS server. By making these adjustments TS will announce the name of the player entering the server and then when they enter a channel.
It's very simple to do. Just follow the steps below. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SIGNED IN TO TS.
There are 2 places where you have to make the changes.
Click on "Self"
Select "Sound Pack"
Select "Default Text To Speech.
NEXT
Click On "Tools"
Select "Options"
Select "Notifictions"
At the drop-down menu under "Sound Pack",
"Select "Default Text To Speech."
