Ive been working on making maps over the last month and they have been working out great but with one small problem. When I try to host one of my maps it says it numerating and no one has been able to get in. Is there a reason why or I have to go thru Novalogic to host any of my maps?

you need to open the port to host

Ok I Need to open a port to host now I just have to figure out how to do that!
Is there something I see to click on to do that? I'm just learning so point me in the right direction please.

There are 3 ports that have to be open:

32768 - UDP
49152 - UDP
64206 - UDP

You set these up in your router.
You can Host & Play on the same computer with these settings.
If you are hosting on one computer and playing on another, go into the game.config file of the hosting computer and change port 32768 to another port number like 32770 or 32771. There are 6 places to make the change.

Also check with your routers manual on how to open a port. It varies per manufacture.

ok Thanks looks like I wont be doing that any time soon. Will just keep working on the maps and get someone to try em out for me. Thanks Again.

Yeah I do and its a waist of time to go thru all that. Will just go to another place and see if they will use the maps. You said you only use PG maps for your servers so will send em some where else..
