Yeah the update was delayed due to a bug that would cause BSOD. I think it is fixed already but no idea when there will be a release date.

All reports indicated that the update will start rolling out Monday 4-30-18.

Got the update today and my MED works again. Unfortunately it doesn't see the .mis files in my 1.5 or 1.6 folders. It sees them in my 1.3 folder just fine.
I can create a new map in the 1.6, close then reopen the MED and it's there.
I'll have to play around with it more but at least I can open the MED without it crashing. Woo hoo!

I would try this outside of your program files folder. I install mine in c:\Novalogic folder and not inside the program files folder. Also make sure you do not have a period in the folder name for the bomod or any other special characters.
