Forum Update 3.2.7

Testing forum update to make sure it still works.
Yup it does. At some point the style will need to be updated to the latest style for 3.2.7. Current version is 3.2.4.
New functionality has been added with .6 and .7 that adds some security hardening for the forum.
However a newer theme version hasn't been released for this version yet.
