Found a NETGEAR Nighthawk R7000P Router on sale at Walmart for $99 which is regularly $180. Set it up and I am consistently getting 200+mbs download and right about 10mbs upload. So I do believe the old router was about to give out. Thanks for y'alls help.

It means I can run away from the spawn points you camp out on a lot faster
