There is a scroll at the bottom of the TS app that says "Attention - If you are experiencing issues with the 32-bit variant of the Teamspeak Client on Windows, please consider updating to the 64-bit version. Downloads are available at Teamspeak.com."
I am using the 64-bit version and have no trouble signing on.
