Tried it and still not working.
Server on novalogic is down!
I need another site where I can download the update (not the link to novalogic server but to the *.exe file)
i know dfbarracks had that alway's from all DF games.
But I can't imagine they where the only one

I had the same problem a couple of months ago loading DFX2 on another PC. Kept getting error messages regarding the update. The Nova download site is up; I can run an update on my game right now with a result of "no update needed". For some reason, the problem resides on your PC. My solution was to copy the DFX2 folder from a PC with the update and replace all the files in the DFX2 folder on the PC in question. After I did that I was able to update the game via the Nova site. I probably could have copied just the new update .exe files and gotten the same result. The PC that I was having a problem with was also a clean install of DFX2, so that wasn't the obvious issue (registry issues).

If you have TeamViewer6 installed, and give me access to your PC, we can match up the files in the DFX2 directories and see what may need to be replaced on your machine. My guess would be that you need the updated pack.exe and REVUPDAT.exe files.

I know this is a PITA way to do it but it may be the only solution. Let me know. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky!
